我们在出货前都会仔细检查每一件商品，确保品质无误。若您在收到商品后遇到问题，请于收到商品的 3天内 联系我们。

We carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure quality. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

❌ 不接受退换货的情况 Non-refundable / Non-exchangeable conditions

以下情况恕不接受退换或退款：

We do not accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

1. 因为尺寸不合、颜色与想象不符、不喜欢/不适合 等主观原因

→ We do not accept returns due to size issues, color differences, or personal preference.

2. 商品已洗涤、剪掉吊牌、或有香水味/污渍/毛发等影响二次销售的情况

→ Items that have been washed, tags removed, or contain odors, stains, or hair will not be accepted.

3. 因为光线或显示器不同导致的色差问题

→ Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display will not be considered defects.

✅ 可退换货的情况 Eligible for Return / Refund

若出现以下情况，我们将负责退换货：

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

1. 我们寄错款式 / 尺寸 / 颜色

→ We sent the wrong item, size, or color.

2. 商品有明显破损或严重瑕疵（须提供照片证明）。

→ The item is defective or damaged (photo evidence required).

💰 退款方式 Refund Procedure

1. 顾客需先将商品寄回给我们（需保持商品完整）。

→ Please return the item to us in its original condition and packaging.

2. 我们在收到并检查商品后，会在 3个工作日内退款。

→ Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund within 3 working days.

3. 若非我们的失误（如主观原因退货），邮费需由顾客承担。

→ For returns not caused by our error, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
